MP-G medium speed coal mill is the product of upgrading MPS and MP medium speed coal mills.
In 1984, it cooperated with Germany Babcock Company for Liaoning Chaoyang Power Plant 2 × 200MW unit Augmentation Project provides 12 sets of MPS 212 medium speed coal mills, from which production and manufacture of MPS medium speed coal mills began. In 1985, the preliminary preparation for the introduction of MPS medium speed coal mill from Babcock Company in Germany was started. Although there were manufacturers producing other types of medium speed coal mills in China at that time, the relevant national departments, taking into account the unique technical advantages of the MPS type medium speed mill and the future development direction of the mill in the power industry, still approved the introduction of the design, production and manufacturing technology of the MPS type medium speed coal mill from German Babcock Company and German Phfeiffer Company. Since 1985, relevant technologies have been introduced from three German companies.
MP-G medium speed coal mill is designed according to the principle of high speed, large roll diameter and high loading force. Compared with other types of medium speed coal mills, it has a good grinding mechanism, strong adaptability to changes in coal quality and a wide range of coal types.
During the service life of the grinding parts, the output is stable, and the output of the grinding parts decreases by only 5% in the late wear period.
The force of the grinding parts is transmitted by a statically determinate support system, which is loaded vertically. The frame body is not directly affected by the grinding pressure and the weight of the grinding parts. The grinding force acts evenly on each grinding roller. The grinding roller is connected with the loading frame by a roller pin. The grinding roller can swing within the range of 12～15 °, which can well adapt to the changes in the thickness of the material layer and the particle size of the feed. Therefore, the grinding roller, the grinding disc pad, the reducer and other stressed parts are evenly stressed and operate stably. And coal mill has small vibration, strong resistance to three kinds of pieces (stone, wood and iron), and the noise is less than 85dB (A).
The application of hydraulic variable loading with back pressure damping can increase the hydraulic loading force of rodless cavity, effectively reduce the vibration caused by the increased loading force of the coal mill, realize variable loading according to the boiler load requirements, and make the mill operate stably under the most economical conditions.
Static separator or dynamic and static separator can be configured according to different requirements for pulverized coal fineness.
The roller tyre and grinding pad are made of high chromium cast iron, wear-resistant cermet or hardfacing carbide and other materials according to different grinding materials to ensure the long-term stable operation of the mill.
