In the face of challenges, Northern Heavy Industry established a specialized research and development team. By taking into account the local mining conditions, they utilized advanced computer simulation software to conduct extensive data simulation calculations. Through structural reinforcement optimization, the application of new materials, and the innovation of special heat treatment processes, NHI has customized 20 sets heavy apron feeders. Meanwhile, in another metal mining project, the Ф7.9×4.8m semi-autogenous mill and Ф6.4×9.7m ball mill developed and manufactured by North Heavy Industry have been operating stably for a long time. The advanced technologies such as variable frequency drive and solid-state soft start adopted by them have achieved the dual goals of high efficiency, energy saving and safe operation, providing strong support for the development of local copper, zinc and other mineral resources.
