In the past three years, Tong Hailong's greatest feeling is to be respected: in terms of welfare, from free working meals in the canteen to wholesale price goods in the staff supermarket, and then to benefits every new year and festival; In terms of work, many departments can be called to solve problems with the help of a greeting, and then they can go online at any time to "Fangda forum" to have a dialogue with the "top leaders" of the group. In the second year of the mixed reform, Chen Liang was 30 years old.

In the third month after the mixed reform, 29 years old Chen Liang was promoted to the chief of the planning section of NHI due to his outstanding performance, with five people under his command; A year later, at the age of 30, he rose to the deputy director of the production command center and became the youngest middle-level cadre of the enterprise, with the staff expanded to 27. Corresponding to this is the original workload of more than 10 times and the growth rate that cannot be quantified.

"I work hard every day, have new problems to solve every day, have a lot of learning opportunities every day, and make progress every day." When Chen Liang said about his changes in the past three years, there was light in his eyes.

In the past three years, NHI has experienced too many things: Introducing excellent private enterprise management mechanism, connecting with the market in an all-round and in-depth way, implementing the concept of "customer-centered", implementing management and technological innovation, constantly benchmarking the advanced industry, and forming the enterprise character of embracing all rivers... Referring to the significance of NHI to his team, Yang Yu said.

In 2021, Yang Yu's Department completed the technical preparation of the project with an output value of nearly 600 million yuan, and the performance was ahead of the industry.
