After the company restructure, NHI firmly focused on the requirements of Fangda Group to increase production, and boosted the production of assembly welding to achieve new breakthroughs by increasing the recruitment of welding workers, continuously improving the production management level, and the welding training in the welding laboratory. They are now pushing for higher production, helping to boost NHI to achieve new development.
New Employees Actively Integrate Into the Team and Contribute to Increase Production
Bright arc was glorious and welding spark was splashing, the welding test site of Fangda Group NHI was tense and serious. Through the selection process, the optimization is accomplished, a batch of qualified welding workers passed the strict group welding operation examination, who were soon employed by NHI to increase production and contributed their own strength.
In order to increase the production of assembly welding, groups of skilled workers with dreams and skills entered to the NHI assembly welding workshop after selection.
Each new employee is a fresh blood injection, the workshop actively helped them to integrate into the team as soon as possible and kept up with the fast-paced production tasks. No matter what the previous working environment was, they were trying to adapt to the fast-paced work and got familiar with the management mode of Fangda Group. They followed the old masters to adapt and make progress step by step in the production process, from easy to difficult, gradually got familiar with the company products, got into character every little bit, and finally became a master of all trades.
For the new employees, the company arranged them to learn the corporate culture and various rules and regulations in detail, and to strengthen the safety knowledge learning before and after the shift to identify the source of risks in the work plant. At the same time, with the unique enthusiasm of NHI , helped them in production ad cared for them in life, made them feel the warmth of home, and let them integrate into the team in the shortest time. After a few weeks and months of running, "green hand" gradually became "experienced worker", strangers became brothers, they exchanged experience, learned from each other, work efficiency has been greatly improved.
Welding Laboratory Focused on Training Young Technical Workers
On April 30th 2019, according to the CPC Central Committee and state council on promoting the northeast revitalization of deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises and the spirit, under the correct leadership and vigorous promotion of Liaoning Provincial Party Committee, Liaoning Provincial Government and Shenyang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, the Liaoning Fangda Group, with the feelings of returning home, actively participated in the judicial restructuring and mixed ownership reform of NHI, and become the first large shareholders in accordance with the laws and bring the NHI fully market-oriented systems and mechanisms, strong capital resources and new business development concept. On this background, NHI decided to rebuild the welding laboratory, aiming at tackling key problems of the welding technology of wear-resistant alloy surfacing, non-ferrous metal welding, pressure vessel welding and etc.
“I personally thank the group, I can't believe I'm 48 years old and still living my dream”, Yin Si Yang said with emotion. Looking at the gear shaft in front of him, Yin Siyang, the welding lab technician, smiled and nodded to the young man beside him. For the welding repair of forgings, his little apprentice has already had a considerable level. In order to promote the welding technology and knowledge, Yin Siyang has sorted out the welding experience accumulated for many years and carried out training in the welding laboratory. The members of the welding lab often communicate with the quality technicians of each branch plant to exchange views on issues such as welding quality and the repair of backlog products. Training new people is an important job in the welding lab, and Yin Siyang has two young technical workers in their 20s studying with him. After half a year of study, now the two of them could independently weld and repair forgings made of ordinary materials. In the future, they would continue to learn welding technology of alloy materials and non-ferrous metals. Besides, the company has started to develop training plan in rotation, in the future, more young technicians would join to systematically learn welding technology.
Multiple Measures to Increase Production to Ensure Smooth Production
NHI organized daily production scheduling special meetings, production scheduling and timeline arrangement, strictly implemented the production plan to ensure the effective connection of all tasks and improve work efficiency. Leaders of each branch plant attach great importance to it, regularly communicate with employees on the production site, solicit opinions and suggestions from employees, identify and solve problems in time. At the same time, we coordinated the resources of all parties to ensure the smooth progress of production and quantity for employees. At present, the front-line staff is enthusiastic and energetic to devote themselves to the promotion of the amount of work, grab the progress and guarantee period, oath to guarantee the completion of the project on time and set off a trend of energetically working.
On the other hand, NHI actively motivated and encouraged employees to make reasonable arrangements for the orderly production work in combination with the actual production tasks. Production tasks were split into teams and individuals. Employees came early every morning and leaves last, work overtime according to the requirements of the production organization to make progress.
At the same time, the companies also actively performed safety work and carried out regular safety inspection, formed a joint inspection team to carry out on-site safety inspection of each workshop. Completely rectified the problems found and strictly prevented safety accidents. If the employees who violated the rules and regulations were found in the daily works, the company should organize targeted safety education and training during non-working hours, and publicize them by means of morning report meeting, shift meeting and regular safety meeting, so as to unify the thoughts of all employees into safe production.
